1/2 cup cooked basmati rice
1/4 cup soy milk (or any other milk)
Boil 5 minutes.
2-4 tbs coconut manna (to liking)
1/2 of a mango diced (chunks)
large handful sliced strawberries
After mixing all together remove from heat. Serve yourself and add a tsp of honey (also to your liking).
Coconut manna is the S*@# !!
